Welcome to our rental conditions section. At Iberfinques Comas<\/b>, we believe that clarity is the foundation of a great stay. For this reason, we provide you with all the information regarding bookings, security deposits, and current regulations for tourist and seasonal rentals in Palam\u00f3s and Palafrugell<\/b>. Our goal is for you to enjoy your stay with maximum peace of mind and full legal security.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

1.- Confirmation and payment<\/h2>\r\n

1.1 - The lease will be fully confirmed and contracted when payment of 40% of the total contracted amount is made.<\/p>\r\n

1.2 - The remaining rental payment (60%) must be made by bank transfer at least 7 days before the contract start\/arrival date.\u00a0 We remind you that the transfer must be made 7 days before your arrival to ensure receipt of the outstanding amount before the start of your stay. Under no circumstances will the keys of the reserved property be handed over if the full payment of the contract has not been made.<\/p>\r\n

1.3 - Once 100 % has been paid, the details of the people who will be staying at the property must be communicated within a maximum period of 48 hours.This information can be provided through online check-in.<\/p>\r\n

2.- Cancellations<\/h2>\r\n

In case of cancellation between 45 and 30 days before your arrival date, the payment on account (40%) will be lost, unless a fully justified cause of force majeure is proven.<\/p>\r\n

In case of cancellation \u00a0less than 30 days before the arrival, payment of 100% of the total amount of the \u00a0will be required, unless a fully justified cause of force majeure is proven.<\/p>\r\n

Cancellation of the reservation must be notified by email: rent@iberfinques-palamos.cat<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

3.- Warranty<\/h2>\r\n

The tenant will be required to pay a security deposit of 300 \u20ac for houses and 150 \u20ac for apartments as a guarantee for any possible damage or defects committed on the property during the rental period. This deposit will be made effective by bank transfer together with the final payment (60%). Once the property has been inspected and the client has left, this deposit will be returned within a maximum period of 30 days.<\/p>\r\n

4.- Tourist Tax<\/h2>\r\n

The tenant must pay the tourist tax corresponding to his\/her stay: \u20ac1.00 per person per night, up to a maximum \u00a07 nights. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from this tax.<\/p>\r\n

5.- Not included services<\/h2>\r\n

The properties are rented without household linen (sheets and towels).<\/p>\r\n

If the tenant wishes to have this service, he\/she must request it at least 30 days in advance. The price of this service is20\u20ac per person (VAT included) for the whole stay\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

6.- Check-in<\/h2>\r\n

Check-in time is from 12:00 noon. If the tenant cannot arrive within office hours on the day of check-in, he\/she must have completed the online check-in, the reservation and the deposit paid in order to collect the keys in case the agency is closed. If he\/she does not do so, he\/she will lose all his\/her rights and will not be able to claim any compensation. He\/she will also not be entitled to compensation if he\/she must interrupt his\/her stay for any reason.<\/p>\r\n

7.- Check-out<\/h2>\r\n

Check-out must be done before 10:30 in the morning. All keys must be returned to the office. In case of departures in not working hours instructions will be given<\/p>\r\n

8.- Regulations<\/h2>\r\n

8.1 - Subletting is expressly prohibited.<\/p>\r\n

8.2 - Pets are only allowed with the express permission of Iberfinquescomas.
The tenant is obliged to inform Iberfinquescomas if there are pets during their stay. In case \u00a0of damage caused by pets will be covered with dip\u00f2sit.<\/p>\r\n

8.3- The tenant agrees to return the property in the same condition as on the day of arrival. Any damage must be reported immediately to Iberfinquescomas. All clients who misuse the property's facilities may be evicted without any right to compensation and will be obliged to pay Iberfinquescomas the amount of the damages caused, agreeing in all cases to respond for them through the security deposit.<\/p>\r\n

8.4 - Loud music and celebrations are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by Iberfinquescomas.
In case of celebrations, loud music or complaints from neighbors and\/or calls from the police, Iberfinquescomas may penalize the tenant financially or cancel the reservation and immediately evict the tenants, without them having the right to any compensation or refund.<\/p>\r\n

8.5 - The manipulation of any type of pool or garden machinery by the tenant is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\r\n

8.6 - Regarding the use of the swimming pool, if it exists, minors must be supervised at all times by an adult. The tenant is obliged to comply with the internal regulations of the community, in case the property is located within a Community of Owners. The tenant exempts Iberfinquescomas and the owner from any liability.<\/p>\r\n

8.7 - Any discrepancy regarding the cleanliness or condition and\/or equipment of the property must be reported within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time the keys are handed over. After this period, no complaints will be accepted.<\/p>\r\n

8.8 - The tenant exempts Iberfinquescomas and the property from any liability in case of irregularities in the supply of water, electricity, gas and telephone services attributable to the supplying company.<\/p>\r\n
