We have a wide portfolio of rental homes for long-term living.
We manage and pre-select interested clients to guarantee the client’s ability to pay.
Optionally: We have coverage with an insurance company to guarantee the payment of rental income.
We manage our rental property portfolio on a monthly basis, so owners don’t have to worry about any rental management:

• Collection of rental payments
• Management of repairs
• Application of IPC or other charges
• Control and monitoring of contractual deadlines
